So yesterday was spent killing time and getting the leasing stuff together that I needed to have a place to live for the next calendar year. I will be living in Ramblewood South, on a 1st floor single bedroom place. I definately look forward to movine into a smaller place and paying a smaller rent per month, but moving to the South community I eliminate this common entryway and gain a patio large enough to stick a picnic table on. Not that I have that many friends that would come over, nor would I really want that much space, but I have a ground level dwelling with room for grilling. and more than that it is a place with a front to back view, which means that I will actually be able to enjoy a bit of cross breeze. That excites me to no end, and hopefully it will be much cooler on the ground level.

Last nights date with Abby was to Johnny Carino’s, which I must say had some rather delicious food. I had the parmigian Chicken and that was awesome, not to mention absolutely huge as far as the portion went. This was about twice as much as I could stomach coming off my eating little over the weekend. So I have some leftovers to feed me this week, hopefully not to stick around as young Cassandra’s leftovers in my fridge. Which I might add finally mad ethier way to the trash along with the remainder of the easter vittles. Last night’s dinner was rather affordable as well, I am glad to have such good food at a good price. Follow that with a nap and 24, it was damn near the perfect evening.

24 was the man, I think that is all I need to say here, I cannot wait for episode 24, the season finale.

Today was mostly spent trying to kill time. I watched some TV, played some video games and chatted with an old friend. It was nice to touch base with Cassie from my Highschool era again. Then some work, well get paid to be at work anyhow. I was able to chat with Darrin for a while, do some reading of that PHP book and a little actual work following up on trouble tickets with AT&T. All in all it was a slow night at work and Darrin and I were able to discuss 24, and I was able to chat with my mother about their house sale and whatnot. Apparently she thinks I might should move to Montana, but I don’t want to move too far from dad, I enjoy goofin around, chatting and drinking with him. I jsut wish I had a weekend or more to do that with him these days. I suppose Obi wuit today, so maybe there is the possibility that I coule move over to a full time position in the TSC, and get some more pay and benefits. That would be the man indeed, maybe even move to regular hours to regain my weekends, but I Will not be overly hopeful for that. If that happens though I do owe Darrin much more than what I do now, he will have gotten me into the company as well as getting me a ful time gig, while he is still a part-timer.

After work was a grand time. We all, and I mean, me, Jenn, Darrin, Jason and Nate were at Mojo’s. This is the dualing piano bar of GR, and it was a good time. The pianbo players were awesome and I was getting into the groove at $2 drinks and live music no cover. Unfortunately they did not get to our request, but if we had waited for that we all may have been too intoxicated to drive home. But seriously after they played the gambler and friends in low places, I was having waaay too much fun. Add some Beatles and several other good tunes and it was a rocking good time. Nate, thank God, wasn’t driving tonight. He is the drunkest I think that I have ever seen him, and I have seen hime on new years eve. It was a good cheap way to finish off a Wednesday evening, and I think that I might actually not have to tap that bottle of sleeping pills tonight. I just hope I wake before 1 tomorrow.
