So here it is, Wednesday the 26th, I get to go to work today, and tomorrow. Then it is camping, glorious camping for a few days. Friday morning through at least Monday morning. The thing I look least forward to about the even out in the woods is the lack of opportunity to update my blog. So I will attempt to do another update before I take off. But hopefully my mind will finally be away from computers, and on to the actual important things in life.

Spending Monday and Tuesday at Owasippe was a good time. I am still quite sore from the moving of floor boards and barrels of rowboat oars. All in all, not that much work, but heavy work. Monday was a trip into Whitehall for dinner, with a trip up to Montague to chat with Zammie at his place. Then back to camp to stay in cabin 2 at Staff village. That was enjoyable, except setting off the smoke alarm lighting the pilot on the heater. It was nice to get to supervise some older gents from the hunt club and be given a truck to tool around and do their dirty work with.

Back into the city for a meeting on P&D dispatch stuff. Which is great, I knew nothing about this before then really. It was nice to be able to see all the stuff that the divers and dispatchers would be using. After that was a trip to Best Buy and Famous Dave’s with Abby and Jason, followed by a trip to vanlandw’s place for the season finale of 24. That was epic. There were so many people there, and it was good. Just Elliot getting on my nerves was bad, I had to puch him. Vandermmer cannot throw things up to a 3rd floor apartment from the ground. That was amusing.

I look forward to seeing my brother and father up at Owasippe this weekend. I talked to both of them, and I know Jon wants to come, but dad was slightly skeptical. I hope they both come up. That would be a great time. I am going to head out and pick up some stuff before my trip to Owasippe.
